In 2013, over 200 classes from 32 sites registered for the Less to Landfill Challenge.
52 classes from 5 schools sent us their results and for just those 52 classes, by the end of the challenge there was a reduction of 225 mini bins being sent to landfill each week!

Most classes showed a reduction in the mini bins sent to landfill each week, however there were 8 classes that really stood out with their results. The table and graph below reflect the 'Total number of mini bins classes reduced being sent to landfill each week'.
Woodcroft Primary School - class 7 reduced by 36 bins/ week over the challenge
