Some councils may offer low cost compost bins or worm farms and may be able to assist with funding for environmental or waste initiatives through community grant
schemes.  Waste or Environment Officers may know of initiatives that support waste reduction programs.

Other agencies

If you are an Australian Sustainable Site - AuSSi, please contact your local NRM Education officer (if applicable) for information on support with a Site Environmental Management Plan (SEMP).
In different parts of the state local council Waste or Sustainability officers or staff from other agencies like Dept of Environment & Water (DEW)  may be able to provide support for your site.
